2. Personal information processed

We currently do not operate registration, login, comments, payments, or web inquiry forms.

When you send an inquiry or report by email, we may process the email address, name, contact information, inquiry content, and information contained in attachments that you provide.

IP address, access time, request information, and browser information may be recorded in server logs while you use the service.

3. Purpose of processing

Personal information provided by email is used only to the extent necessary to confirm inquiries or reports, review factual matters, respond, and make corrections.

We do not use it for advertising, marketing, sales, or other purposes without separate consent or a legal basis.

As a rule, we do not display a reporter’s personal information in public content.

Access records may be processed for service operation, incident response, and security management.

4. Retention and deletion

As a rule, email inquiry and report materials are retained for one year after processing is complete and then deleted.

Where retention is required by applicable law, they may be retained in accordance with that law.

Personal information whose retention period has ended is deleted from the managed mailbox; server access records are managed according to the actual server’s log-retention and rotation settings.

5. Use of external services

reelVerity uses Cloudflare and Google Gmail for service operation and email receipt.

Messages sent to official email addresses are delivered to the operator’s Gmail account through Cloudflare Email Routing.

reelVerity uses Google Analytics 4 only in browsers that previously gave explicit permission for visitor analytics. Google Analytics does not load for new visitors or visitors who previously declined. Google Analytics may process device, browser, access, and usage information and use analytics cookies; reelVerity does not intentionally send names, email addresses, or other direct identifiers through its analytics events.

The policies of each provider govern its independent system operation and security management. 디에스컴퍼니(주) fulfills its legal obligations concerning personal information it processes directly.

Matters concerning outsourced processing and overseas transfer arising from use of external services are managed according to the actual processing structure and applicable law, and required notices are confirmed and provided.

6. Provision to third parties

We do not arbitrarily sell or disclose users’ personal information for purposes unrelated to handling inquiries and reports.

We do not provide it for purposes outside those stated except where legally permitted, such as where there is a legal basis or separate user consent.

7. Cookies and browser storage

reelVerity does not use its own cookies for member identification or advertising tracking.

If you previously allowed analytics, your choice may be stored in browser localStorage and Google Analytics may use analytics cookies. You can withdraw that earlier permission below. Google Analytics does not load in browsers where permission has been withdrawn or declined, or for new visitors.

To retain Light/Dark display mode, theme settings may also be stored in browser localStorage. Those settings are not for entering personal information or identifying members.

8. Protection measures

디에스컴퍼니(주) limits access to personal information to what is necessary for work and endeavors to protect it through service and account security management.

9. Users’ rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of, suspension of processing of, and other actions concerning your personal information.
