Copyright & Content Use Policy

This policy applies to the analytical content and use of the reelVerity site. It does not limit or exclude uses permitted by applicable law.

1. Scope and rights

Unless a different rights notice is displayed, analyses, verification text, editorial arrangement, and original graphics created and published directly by 디에스컴퍼니(주) on reelVerity are protected by applicable law. Rights in that content apply to the extent they are held by 디에스컴퍼니(주) or managed under a lawful authorization to use it.

reelVerity does not claim exclusive rights in historical facts, public records, general ideas, or objective information that is not protected by copyright. Copyright may nevertheless subsist in reelVerity’s specific selection, arrangement, and expression of that material.

2. Film, drama, and third-party material

Rights in film and drama titles, posters, stills, audiovisual material, music, character portrayals, logos, trademarks, and other third-party works or identifiers may belong to their respective rights holders. Unless a relationship is expressly stated, reelVerity is not affiliated with or sponsored by producers, distributors, platforms, or rights holders.

The display of third-party material on reelVerity does not grant users a license to reproduce, redistribute, or use that material commercially. Whether such use is permitted must be determined separately under the relevant rights and applicable law.

3. Permitted use

Ordinary reading, linking to reelVerity pages, normal search-engine indexing, and quotation or other uses permitted by applicable law are allowed. Statutory uses, including quotation of a published work, must meet the applicable legal requirements concerning purpose, necessary scope, fair practice, and any other conditions.

Giving attribution does not by itself authorize all copying, translation, or redistribution. Depending on the content and manner of use, permission from the rights holder or a separate legal basis may be required.

4. Restricted use

Without prior written permission or a basis under applicable law, you may not systematically collect or reproduce all or a substantial part of reelVerity content to redistribute it as a database, service, or publication; use it commercially; or remove or alter source or rights notices in a misleading way.

Automated bulk collection that disrupts the normal operation of the website or circumvents access restrictions is not permitted. However, this policy does not categorically prohibit legitimate search-engine crawling and indexing or access and use permitted by applicable law.

5. Sources and external material

reelVerity may consult and link to external material, including public-agency documents, research, news reporting, and production material, to verify information. A source title, link, or citation does not constitute a license to use the external material in full or a transfer of rights in it.

The content, availability, and terms of use of external sites and material are governed by their respective operators and rights holders.

6. Rights complaints and permission inquiries

If you believe use of content on reelVerity may infringe rights, or if you need permission to use reelVerity material, contact [email protected]. Where possible, include the relevant URL, your rights interest, the issue, the action requested, and contact information.

We will review the report and determine whether confirmation, a response, correction, or access restriction is appropriate. This process does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

7. Relationship to other policies

This policy applies together with the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. Where this policy conflicts with applicable law, applicable law prevails.
